Your Mission, Roles And Responsibilities
The HR Officer is responsible to develop advice on and implement policies relating to the effective use of personnel within an organisation. The role of the Human Resources Officer is to support the HR Manager in the day-to-day HR management, in accordance with the Groups human resources policies and procedures.
Training & Development
The main missions of the role are to:
- Follow and manage the organisation training plan process
- Liaise with managers in identifying an assess training and development needs for their respective department.
- Ensure that there is a training needs analysis for each department within the organisation
- Organise, monitor and evaluate training programs to enhance training efficiency
- Liaise with external training providers and ensure that the service of training provided meets organisation and individual needs and that the providers are registered with
- Anticipate and assess potential learning needs
- Propose adequate training in order to facilitate internal mobility
- Liaise with Faurecia University for possible trainings as per calendar and facilitate the training registration
- Advise Managers and Supervisor on Labour Relations issues
- Ensure compliance with legislation and code of conduct
- Manage employee discipline, discharge and grievances
- Conduct employee misconduct internal investigations
- Manage EE committee and taking of minutes
- Submitting EE reports to the DOL
- Participate in the EE planning CHANGE MANAGEMENT & HR PROJECT CHAMPION
- Support the HR Manager with change management initiatives
- Develop, maintain and apply change management processes and tools required to support the adoption of the changes required by a project or initiative
- Support the design, development, delivery and management of change communications across the organization
- Provide consulting and coaching to project teams regarding change management processes, tools and activities
The Ideal Candidate Will Have/be
- Education: Diploma/ B-Tech/ Bachelors degree with specialisation in Human Resources field from an accredited institution.
- Minimum of 3years experience in Human Resource Administration/ as an HR generalist.
- At least 2-3 years in the HR function with experience in training and development
- Proven experience of HRIS ideally SAP
- Proven experience in MS Office utilization
- Independent team player and demonstrating good initiative
- Proven analytical ability
- Proven ability to communicate effectively and efficiently with customers
- Good interpersonal skills
