Production Planner

Production Planner who has a sound understanding of the FMCG industry required at well known food processor, the incumbent will use the SAP ERP system to plan production in order to meet business demands and ensure the availability of packaging and raw materials. Responsibilities

Update the production plan on a daily, weekly and monthly basis,

Ordering of all raw materials and packaging components required for production.

Ensure that forecasts are sent to suppliers.

Ensure that all production is scheduled following the allergen control matrix.

Report non-conformances to quality.

Ensure a high standard of safety and good housekeeping and report incidents in the section.

Attend supplier and production meetings.

Requirements

5 Yrs production planning exp

Sound understanding of production planning in the FMCG industry

Dip in Production Management or Industrial Engineering or similar

SAP Experience Essential
