Telesales Consultant - Cape Towbn

Position : Telesales Consultant

Main Purpose Of Job
  • To schedule appointments for reps
  • To confirm appointments the day after it was made
  • Source new potential clients.
  • To call cold lists from time to time. To make sure the scheduled client receives a SMS after the appointment has been set
  • To always as for referrals
Qualification & Experience
  • Previous lead generation experience, with proven track record. Preferably capital goods sales (not FMCG)
  • Matric or equivalent
Job Requirements & Other Attributes
  • Self-motivated and energetic
  • Good organisational and time management skills
  • Excellent communication (written & verbal), presentation and negotiation skills
  • Computer Literate (MS Office, Email and Internet)
  • Presentable and of sober habits
  • Hunter for new business
  • Aptitude for electronic and technical equipment (alarms and alarm monitoring platforms)
Duties
  • Generate and close self-sourced deals
  • Follow up on all leads received internally and via telesales
  • Daily, weekly and monthly reporting
  • Motivated to achieve and exceed sale targets
  • Maintain all administrative duties pertaining to sales
