Job Description
Position: Field Marketing Executive (FME) (WC Region) Start Date: Immediately
Salary: R 10 000. 00 Gross, plus fuel allowance and airtime and data allowance (will be discussed further at interview stage)
Working Hours:
Monday – Day Off
Tuesday – 09:00am – 14:00pm (Training Day)
Wednesday – 09:00am – 17:00pm
Thursday – 09:00am – 17:00pm
Friday – 09:00am – 17:00pm
Saturday – 09:00am – 16:00pm
Sunday – 09:00am – 14:00pm
Valid driver’s license and reliable vehicle
Primary Responsibilities:
- Execute marketing and sales programs as and when required
- Act as the point person for outside, inside and partner sales teams
- Track market and company sales performance
- Generate leads and drive sales
- Grow brand awareness
- Gather and report customer intelligence
- Support all company initiatives, give actionable feedback, share best practices and serve as advocate and information source for company
- Attend trade shows and events in order to market products as and when required
- Determine product / service value delivered throughout customer operations and effectively communicate value to customers to promote new applications and sales
- Improve forecast performance of business
- Keep abreast of industry trends, competition and new opportunities
- Develop understanding of product line and value chain
- Generate weekly report
- Perform Assisted Sales Days in order to increase sell out
- Build good relationships with store staff and management
- Conduct formal and informal product training sessions
- Assist with trouble shooting and after sales service issues
