Primary Duties
- Perform alignment of various industry specification with and without Laser
- Commisioniong of Voith Indutry Products
- Fluid coupling installation and maintenance (including strip, repair, assemble oil fill and test)
- On-site maintenance and inspection of holdbacks, fluid drives, fluid couplings and other Voith products
- Perform fault finding and drive systems analysis, with recommendations for repairs or upgrades
- Conduct surveys, health checks and basic condition monitoring
- Completion of paperwork, service reports, etc. and having these signed off
- Customer liaison and effectively promoting After Market Business, Training and Repairs
- Perform work according to best practices and Health and Safety standards
- Responsible for upkeep of company vehicle and equipment
- Maintaining and updating various site Safety Files
- Fitter N3
- 5 years field service experience in the mining and/or power transmission industry
- Laser Alignment
- Basic MS Office
- Qualified Millwright
- 10 Years relevant experience
- Condition monitoring vibration analysis, tribology & alignment
- Basic MS Office
- Technical and Product Knowledge
- Valid drivers license min code 08/EB
- Customer orientation
- Physically fit for the role requirement

- Perform field service duties for VTZA industries, including installations, maintenance and commissioning, while also creating service business opportunities
