Requirements
  • Completed Degree in Finance or Accounting.
  • Minimum of 5 years work experience in similar role.
  • Basic MS Office Skills.
  • Knowledge of Pastel Evolution.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills to translate ta/admin matters to business effectively.
Responsibilities
  • Manage the day-to-day tax administration process.
  • Assist CFO with Secretarial matters.
  • Accountability for compliance with local statutory requirements and regulations in areas of financial reporting, treasury, and tax.
  • Manage the annual Insurance schedules.
  • Handle insurance claims processes and claims.
  • Compiling BEE reports and schedules.
  • Assist with Banking relationship (forms, new accounts, etc).
  • Assist in AFS preparation and consolidations. l
  • Complete vendor or customer onboarding forms.
  • Assist Finance and IT with asset register reconciliations.
  • Ad hoc admin or tax duties as required.
