Financial Administrator

Our client, the Catholic Diocese of Port Elizabeth, is looking to employ an experiencedFinancial Administrator.

This is a senior role within the Diocese.

The position is Port Elizabeth based and will appeal to a recently retired accounting and / or business professional with proven management ability and a lifestyle committed to the Catholic faith and Catholic Social Teachings.

Requirements
  • Proven ethical leadership, management, and business development skills.
  • Substantial experience in financial administration, vehicle, and property management.
  • A demonstrated ability to assess and manage diverse operations and available finances in a considered responsible and innovative manner.
  • Relevant tertiary qualifications. Postgraduate qualifications will be considered highly desirable.
  • An ability to work collaboratively with the Diocese's stakeholders including Parishes, Diocesan Agencies, other Dioceses and Religious Institutions.
  • A lifestyle committed to the Catholic faith and Catholic Social Teachings.
Responsibilities And Expectations But Not Limited To
  • Executive Leadership Role.
  • Oversight of Diocesan financial affairs.
  • Committed to furthering Catholic mission and values.
