We are seeking to employ a finance/office administrator in Germinston, Johannesburg.
Job requirements:
- The successful candidate must at all times conduct his/herself in such a manner that reflects the professional and ethical values of the company.
- Must have knowledge and experience in all functions related to the functioning of a finance/accounts department
- The ideal candidate should be a hardworking, responsible and logical individual.
- Matric/ Grade 12 certificate
- 2-5 years previous experience within a finance department
- Pastel experience
- Strong administrative skills and business writing skills
- A finance qualification will be of added advantage
- Perform full administration duties for the finance department
- Drafting of invoices and processing transaction on pastel financial system
- Ability to work systematically
- High level of confidentiality
- Good communications and interpersonal skills
