- Mainly Creditors - Capturing bills and reconciling creditors.
- Processing of expense claim bi-weekly and capturing of other expense claims.
- Assisting with Job card invoicing if needed.
- Might also be assisting with customer queries if this is needed.
- Assisting with tasks such as recon for customers vs billing.
- Might also be assisting in contract management phase as well.
- National senior Certificate
- Tertiary Qualification in Accounting
- 3 - 5 years relevant experience
- Basic accounting knowledge
- Understanding accounting best practices
- Knowledge of IFRS, GAAP, or another accounting framework
- Data entry skills
- High attention to detail
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel
- Produce work with a high level of accuracy
- Professionalism and organization skills
- Associates degree or at least one year of experience
- Knowledge of ZOHO Accounting Software is essential
