Finance Administrator | Remote

We are looking for a Finance Administrator to support our clients day-to-day transactions, including expenses and cashflow. The successful candidates responsibilities will include processing payments, maintaining cost reports and managing invoices. Ultimately, youll help maintain our client's financial health and make sure they use their resources beneficially.

Mandatory Skills Minimum 5 Years' Experience In

• Account software experience Xero will be beneficial.
• Analytical and critical thinking skills
• Confident in communication and working within a tight knit team.
• Strong commercial awareness
• Self-motivated, proactive, and innovative style
• Advanced Excel and Microsoft skills (non negotiable)
• Exceptional written and verbal communication skills are essential.
• Strong attention to detail (commercial industry / good people skills)

Duties include but not limited to -

• Managing and recording financial transactions using Xero
• Maintaining accurate company ledgers
• Administer daily cashflow.
• Processing supplier and client invoices for approval and payment
• Assisting with reconciliations
• Year-end accounts assistance
• Streamline financial procedures and administration.
• Ad hoc duties as required by the management team.
