Looking for a finance administrator in Parys, Free State.
Job responsibilities:
- Extract data from customer quotes.
- Cleanse, prepare and analyse data.
- Ensure quotation data is completed in an accurate and timely manner.
- Support the Finance team through the invoicing, reconcilliations and collection process.
- Perform data integrity checks for errors and ensuring the quote conforms to the original agreements.
Job requirements:
- Strong Excel skills.
- Strong analytical and numeracy skills.
- Good communication skills.
- High attention to detail.
