Century City, Cape Town

SALARY

R140 000 R150 000

Responsibilities

• Referral Commission collecting and follow-up on outstanding commission payments.
• Processing client and supplier invoices various travel arrangements
• Capturing of EFT payments / receipts into a Cashbook
• Banking Loading of beneficiaries / payments
• Processing/receipting of credit card swipes / EFT deposits
• Assisting supplier /client reconciliations
• Issuing proof of payments
• General office admin /filing
• Handling of queries

Minimum Requirements

• Matric with Accounting and Mathematic
• Completed /or partially completed Tertiary Accounting Qualification NQF6 or higher
• Computer literate on Excel and Outlook
• 18 months relevant Admin /Finance experience is must!
