HOTEL GROUP FINANCIAL MANAGER
*It is critical that the applicant has experience within the hotel industry, ideally in a multi-property environment.*
The role is hybrid and candidate must be able to travel within South Africa.
Responsibilities, Duties, Skills
- Cash management
- Budgets and forecasts
- Financial reporting
- Strong leadership skills to coordinate a geographically dispersed accounts team
- Optimisation of system processes and controls
- Expertise in hospitality related IT / property management systems
- Complete financial accounting and forecasting
- Deadline oriented with strong attention to detail
- Strategic and creative thinker
- Analytical know-how and ability to generate read-time information
- Self motivated with a hands on approach
- Deliver reports and metrics to leadership
- Work closely with management to develop and implement strategies and plans to achieve the company's long-term objectives
- Detail-oriented and analytical
- Bachelor's degree or higher in Finance or related field with 5+ years of relevant experience
- Fluency in Microsoft Office suite (Outlook, Excel, Word, PowerPoint, etc.)
