Role Overview
As a Financial Manager, you'll play a vital role in overseeing the finance, accounting, and reporting functions of their fast-growing company. This includes managing accounts, treasury, payroll, tax compliance, and more.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage accounts receivable and payable, treasury, payroll, and fixed assets.
- Ensure tax compliance with local requirements.
- Coordinate year-end audit process.
- Prepare and oversee annual operating plans and budgets.
- Manage Company Secretarial & statutory requirements.
- Implement and maintain financial policies and procedures.
- Oversee internal control systems.
- Collaborate with the CEO on financial forecasting and reporting.
- Assist with fundraising processes.
- Qualified Accountant (CA or equivalent).
- Minimum 3 years post-qualification experience.
- R50 000 - R75 000 per month
