Financial Manager

Were seeking a Financial Manager interested in joining an entrepreneurial, fast growing niche operator in the tourist services sector, in Southern Suburbs, Western Cape. This role is ideal for a young, enthusiastic CA, looking for a role in which they can see the full company operate. Company is definitely not a normal, formal corporate!

Roles & Responsibilities

• Full accounting transactional process, from base to Annual Financial Statements.
• Produce monthly management packs.
• Oversee, and drive working capital efficiency, in respect of AP, and AR books.
• Oversee and develop internal controls.
• Ensure SARS and statutory compliance (Vat; PAYE; Income Tax).
• Provide strategic insight from a financial aspect, within an entrepreneurial organization.

Desired Qualifications, Experience And Attributes

• CA(SA).
• +2 years post articles experience ideal, but company open to newly articled CA with right learning attitude, and entrepreneurial mindset.
• Mix of hands - on; and strategic.
• You will enjoy being part of a dynamic, fluid team environment.

CTC range

• R540, 000 - R720, 000 per annum very dependent on experience and qualifications.
