Our client a telecommunications business, with a headcount of approx 100 people, based in Boksburg
Job Description
The Finance Manager role entails , but is not limited to following:
- Balance sheet recons
- Management accounts
- Budgets
- Turnover recon
- Identifies weaknesses within the operational environment and provides senior management with proposed solutions to ensure that the operations work in accordance with the company's expectations.
- Accountable for the thorough implementation of all internal controls and the ongoing monitoring of their effectiveness in meeting management's expectations.
- Works closely with customer onboarding services and fuel support services to ensure customer satisfaction, and high levels of field support all provided when required.
- Ensuring of Management and financial reporting on a monthly bases that completed accurately and timeously according to the reporting schedule
The ideal candidate should possess the following :
- CA(SA) - non negotiable
- At least 4 years experience at FM level
- Telecomms, insurance or any high volume transaction industry experience
- Mature and high technical accounting skills
- People management and strong leadership skills
