Role Description
This is a contract-based Finance Officer position with PFSAQ, based in Johannesburg, with a hybrid working model that allows some work-from-home flexibility. The Finance Officer will be responsible for financial management and reporting, preparing financial statements, analyzing financial data, and ensuring compliance with financial regulations. This role requires maintaining accurate records, assisting with budgeting processes, and providing financial insights to aid in organizational decision-making.
Qualifications
- Proficiency in Financial Statements and Financial Reporting
- Strong Finance and Analytical Skills
- Effective Communication skills, both verbal and written
- Excellent organizational and problem-solving skills
- Proficiency in financial management software and tools
- Relevant qualifications in Accounting, Finance, or a related field
- Experience in non-profit financial management is an advantage
- Attention to detail and the ability to meet deadlines
