Requirements
- Matric
- National Diploma or Degree in Financial Accounting
- 3 to 5 years Accounting Experience
- Computer Literate in MS Office Suites and Sage Evolution and Sage Pastel Payroll (NON- NEGOTIABLE)
- Full Bookkeeping function on Sage Evolution
- Complete Payroll Function (Payroll, Payments, Taxes, Contracts etc
- Fully Bilingual
- Management of Debtors Clerk
- Daily capturing and updating of bank reconciliation
- Weekly petty cash reconciliation, including transfers from branches and cash up from debtors clerk
- Strict control of Blocking and unblocking of debtors accounts & recons
- Oversee debtor credit applications and adherence to CGIC rules
- Checking of all invoices and credit notes
- Loading creditor payments - Monthly & COD including branches
- Monthly creditor reconciliations including all expenses
- Report and Manage creditor & debtor age analyses weekly
- Management of ALL tax payments due & strictly paid on time
- Assisting with annual financial statements / Journals
- Accurate compilation and reporting of monthly financial report
- Complete ownership of monthly HR / Payroll / Salary Payments
