My Clent in Sandton is urgently looking for a Financial Administrator
PRIMARY RESPONSIBILITIES
Running of monthly vendor reports, reconciliation of job status for vendors. Consolidating of the inventory status and preparing report for invoicing
Reconciliation reports on vendor job status to prepare for invoicing.
Perform general clerical and financial duties.
Maintain accurate record filing system.
Support staff in assigned project based work.
Assist in inventory management control
Report and assist in resolving financial and operational issues that affect the company's bottom line.
ADDITIONAL RESPONSIBILITIES
· Will be assigned as operationally required
KNOWLEDGE AND SKILL REQUIREMENTS
Matric Certificate(Maths and Accounts on HG minimum pass B) Degree or Diploma in accounting beneficial but not essential
Excellent reading, writing, and arithmetic as well as accounting skills required.
Knowledge of Microsoft Office, Pastel
Excellent telephone protocol. Duties require professional verbal and written communication skills and the ability to communicate on all levels of the organization.
Willingness to acquire skills outside of the basic financial functions
Must have a clear criminal record, and be willing to go for a Polygraph. Salary R7500.00 with a R1500.00 performance bonus.
