A reputable agricultural concern is currently recruiting for a Financial Director CA (SA) for their operation in Ceres. The successful incumbent must have experience operating at a strategic level, and be a strong manager.
Qualification, Experience & Skills required:
- CA (SA)
- At least 8 years post article experience, with at least 4 years commercial experience in a managerial role.
- Extensive people management
- Strategic decision making
- Executive Reporting
- Senior financial management experience
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Strong business acumen
Job Description:
- Analysis of business performance
- Driving revenue and profitability
- Profit and loss management
- Supporting MD in Strategic decision making
- Presenting reports to shareholders
- Oversee the financials for the entity and advise EXCO.
- Contribute toward the strategic direction of the organisation
- Budgeting and forecasting
- Analysis of cost of production, profit margins and sales
