Financial manager is needed in Bloemfontein.
Job requirements:
- Matric / Grade 12 or equivalent certificate essential
- Minimum 1 years’ experience in creditor’s and debtor’s reconciliations and accounts
- Competitive salary on offer
- Maintain the fixed asset register, ensure all the documentation for purchases are in order and on file
- Maintain a list of fixed assets for insurance purposes
- Stock Control / Manage Petty Cash
- Pull OTRS and Harvest reports monthly
- Ensure that the signed off recharges for all the Business units are received by Finance by the 5th working day of each month
- Monthly Intercompany invoicing
- Assist with the arrangement of flight bookings where required
- Weekly and monthly reporting
- Drafting required financial correspondence & any additional ad hoc tasks as requested by management
