As we experience rapid growth, we are seeking a Financial Manager with project management experience to join our team in Klerksdorp.

Job Description
We are looking for a Financial Manager who is not only adept at financial planning, analysis, and management but also brings a strong background in project management. This role is essential for driving our financial strategy while ensuring the successful planning and execution of our innovative projects.

Requirements
  • Minimum of 5 years experience in a financial management role.
  • Proven project management experience, with a preference for those who have managed agricultural, supply chain, procurement, or logistics projects.
  • Experience working with large corporate/agricultural clients and managing cross-border transactions/projects in Zambia, Malawi, Tanzania, and/or Mozambique is preferred.
  • Proficiency in both English and Afrikaans with excellent communication skills.
  • Competent in using MS Teams, MS Projects, and financial software programs.
  • A strong understanding of financial controls, governance, and management structures.
  • Knowledge of procedures and compliance standards.
  • Experience in the Agricultural industry is highly preferred.
  • Ability to lead and manage a growing team.
Description of Work
The Financial Manager will lead our financial strategy and manage all aspects of financial planning, analysis, budgeting, forecasting, and reporting. This role also involves overseeing the financial aspects of our groundbreaking projects, from initial planning through to completion, ensuring financial compliance, and managing risk. The successful candidate will play a pivotal role in setting up financial controls and governance structures, engaging with stakeholders, and contributing to our innovative projects' success.
