Are you a quick learner who can run with tasks independently? Do you work and communicate well with others in a team? You will report in to the Financial and Regulatory Reporting Manager.

Your Job:

Part of the financial and regulatory reporting team, responsible for the completion/submission of and assistance with:
  • Monthly, quarterly and annual submissions to the Prudential Authority and SARB.
  • Group reporting of quarterly numbers including actuals and forecast.
  • Prepare actual, forecast and planning trial balances.
  • ORSSA submission.
  • Board and audit committee presentations.
  • Prepare the AFS.
  • Assistance with the audit and multiple audit queries.
Your Profile:
  • Newly qualified CA (SA) (advantageous).
  • 1+ years of experience in insurance/reinsurance accounting environment (advantageous).
  • Finance related degree/diploma with work experience.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Very excel skills (can maintain complex spreadsheets).
  • IFRS17 experience advantageous.
