As a Junior Manager, youll play a pivotal role in driving team performance, maintaining operational excellence, and inspiring your Consultants to achieve and exceed their targets. Youll be responsible for daily operations, coaching, quality assurance, and leading with integrity.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead and manage a team of Consultants to consistently hit KPIs and sales targets
- Drive a results-oriented culture through daily guidance, performance feedback, and coaching
- Manage escalated customer issues and uphold exceptional service standards
- Conduct quality assurance and ensure adherence to sales processes
- Handle daily disciplinary matters professionally and proactively
- Motivate your team to maintain top-tier performance and engagement
- Grade 12 or an equivalent qualification at NQF4 level
- A minimum of 6 months of experience in the Financial Services sector is necessary
- A minimum of 1-2 years of experience as a Team Leader is required within the SA Market
- Candidates must have a minimum of 6 months of experience in one or more of the following areas: Motor Warranty, Legal and Tax, or Healthcare.
- Proven track record is required
- Proficient skills in MS Excel and PowerPoint are necessary
- A clear criminal record is required
