- Perform investigations, diagnose, and perform trade related maintenance and repair of equipment and machinery.
- Ensure uptime of the mill is on the required standard and equipment adheres to safety regulations.
- Mechanical maintenance of two Wetmill production lines, kilns, and boilers.
- All Hydraulics, Pneumatics, PLC, Electrical and Mechanical work, and fault finding - ensuring minimum downtime in the event of machine breakdowns.
- To do preventative maintenance and repair daily and assume responsibility of all maintenance work, and setup and maintain preventative maintenance systems.
- Performing maintenance activities and plant inspections as well as alterations, modifications, and installation of equipment.
