Job Description
RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Collaborate closely with product leadership to ensure decisions align with achieving and maintaining product-market fit across one or more squads.
- Support and enhancement of an established, multi-faceted technology platform, and associated 3rd party integrations.
- Coordinate with Technical Product Manager, Solutions Architects, other teams, and QA to deliver on business requirements
- Proactively identify challenges that impact scalability or business direction, communicate these effectively, and drive necessary adaptations to overcome them.
- Maintain composure during critical incidents or emergencies, providing clarity and direction amidst challenges.
- Lead and influence others to bring order and clarity, ensuring structured progress instead of chaos.
- Propose and advocate for engineering strategies within the collective or discipline, effectively gaining alignment and driving initiatives forward.
- Delegate effectively to balance workloads while using these opportunities to mentor and elevate others within the team.
- Take a long-term view in driving ongoing improvements for the systems and processes within the team.
- Plan and manage individual and team capacity to meet goals and deliverables efficiently.
MINIMUM REQUIREMENTS:
- Have a minimum of 6- 10 years of experience in software development
- C# .Net Core skills
- RESTful web services
- MSSQL
- Experience with microservices architecture and design
- Leadership and mentoring experience
- Java (Java / J2EE)
- Kotlin
- Identity Server authentication.
- Experience with PHP and React
- Solid grasp of Cloud Native architecture
- Oracle/MySQL
- CI/CD pipelines
- Azure DevOps
- OAuth 2.0
