Responsibilities

Are you an organized and detail-oriented individual looking for a dynamic role in fleet management? Become an integral part of our client's team as a Fleet Administrator at our client where you'll play a pivotal role in managing their vehicle fleet and procurement processes. Responsibilities:
  • As a Fleet Administrator, you'll be entrusted with a range of crucial tasks, including but not limited to:
  • Updating all vehicle license discs promptly.
  • Managing and paying traffic fines efficiently.
  • Maintaining and updating the fleet list accurately.
  • Facilitating vehicle registrations smoothly.
  • Issuing vehicle documentation for sold vehicles.
  • Installing and issuing fleet cards promptly.
  • Installing and canceling vehicle trackers as needed.
  • Procuring fleet vehicles and handling sales transactions.
  • Conducting fleet policy and induction training.
  • Updating and maintaining office parking bays.
  • Approving expense claims related to fleet operations.
Fleet Management:
  • Spearheading fleet management for the commercial team.
  • Issuing and monitoring petrol cards efficiently.
  • Managing company vehicles, including purchasing, installing trackers, liaising with insurance, and renewing licenses.
  • Monitoring and coordinating maintenance and repairs for company vehicles.
  • Handling processing of speeding fines and traffic fines payments.
  • Maintaining an updated active fleet list.
  • Facilitating vehicle registrations post-settlement.
  • Issuing documentation for vehicles sold.
  • Installing and canceling fleet cards promptly.
  • Managing vehicle sales transactions.
  • Handling NATIS-related queries and requests.
  • Acting as a liaison between ABSA, insurance companies, and drivers.
  • Conducting fleet policy induction training.
  • Ensuring the update and maintenance of parking bay allocations at the headquarters.
  • Approving expense claims related to vehicle expenditures by employees.
Procurement
  • Reviewing and cleaning up all open purchase orders on SAP.
  • Creating purchase orders for services from various providers.
  • Handling monthly grocery shopping and quarterly stationary shopping.
  • Requesting payments on a COD basis.
  • Managing company expense claims efficiently.
