Fleet controller is needed in Kraaifontein, Northern Suburbs.
Job requirements:
- Minimum of 3 years (20+) fleet control experience
- Strong admin skills (Excel, Pastel Evolution, Vehicle Tracking systems, Stock control systems)
- People skills – ability to work in a team as well as unsupervised
- Mechanical / vehicle repairs experience
- Extremely observant / quick thinker / fast paced environment
- Pro-active and deadline driven
- Reliable and accountable
- Code 14 drivers license
Job responsibilities:
- Constant monitoring / awareness / reporting of fleet information (damages / tracking / license expiry dates / service dates / etc.)
- Complete administration and record keeping of fleet (includes insurance claims / daily reports
- Workshop administration (including stock control / diesel and oil management)
- Depot management i.r.o repairs / maintenance / safety / cleanliness
- Interviews to be held: 11 – 13 June 2018
- Start date: Immediate
