Job Description
General and Office Administration:
- Provide administrative sales support against standard operating procedures.
- Responsible for all customer enquiries, service level agreements, and to ensure delivery according to set standards.
- Handle all customer interactions professionally and efficiently.
- Drive the end-to-end process of application approvals and contracts as per take-up.
Higher Diplomas: Business, Commerce and Management Studies (Required)
