What you will do:
- Provide exceptional customer support via emails
- Identify customer needs and deliver solutions that exceed expectations
- Troubleshoot technical products and applications
- Provide product guidance and support sales-related inquiries
- Proactively follow up with customers to ensure timely and satisfactory resolution of issues
- Build positive and long-lasting relationships with customers
- Meet team KPIs
- Always be up-to-date with cutting-edge technology
- Securely work with customers' sensitive information
- Maintain working knowledge of our client's products and services
- Communicate with developers and other departments of various IT companies
- Excellent English skills (at least C1 for both spoken and written)
- At least 6-12 months of experience in customer support within a SaaS, cybersecurity, or technical environment
- High level of technical proficiency and comfort working with digital tools
- Troubleshooting skills
- Experience with CRM or help desk systems
- KPI-driven mindset with a track record of meeting performance targets
- Attention to detail and accuracy in documentation and reporting
- Positive and responsible attitude
- Personal laptop or computer (at least 8Gb of RAM) and a stable internet connection (minimum 50 Mbps-download and 40 Mbps-upload)
- Background in computer science
- Experience with Zendesk
