Food and Beverage Manager
Grade 12 coupled to a Formal qualification in Hotel / Tourism Management
Previous experience in F&B Management with exposure to high volume conferencing and events (essential)
Computer literate
KPA's: Full managements of the department and staff, related administration, Restaurants, liaison with Executive Chef, Cost of sales and stock controls, forecast on budgets for the department.
Salary negotiable on experience
