Job Duties
- Oversee and manage all aspects of the food and beverage operations
- Develop and implement strategies to maximise revenue and guest satisfaction
- Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations
- Manage inventory, ordering, and stock control
- Recruit, train, and supervise staff members
- Handle customer feedback and resolve any issues promptly
- Proven experience as a Food and Beverage Manager or similar role
- Excellent knowledge of food and beverage operations
- Strong leadership and communication skills
- Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple tasks
A degree or diploma in Hospitality Management or related field
Experience
Minimum of 5 years in a managerial role within the hospitality industry
Knowledge And Skills
- Understanding of budgeting and financial management
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and POS systems
- Knowledge of current industry trends and regulations
- Certification in Food Safety and Hygiene
- Additional language skills
