Room Service Waiter/Waitress

This role is suitable for service focus individuals who are able to ensure the highest standards of guest care and service are offered in a prompt and efficient manner, maximising the opportunities for up-selling whilst delivering food and beverage to guests within the Room Service department.

The successful candidate will be passionate about delivering service excellence. As Night Room Service Waiter/Waitress you will prepare and deliver all food and beverage orders to the guest rooms and you must be fully conversant with our Room Service menus and be able to set up and serve orders according to the guests specifications. Entry Requirements

A good knowledge of Food & Beverage

Experience of Food & Beverage service in a 4 or 5 star hotel

The ability to silver serve

Excellent attention to detail

Enthusiastic in delivering service excellence

Possess the ability to work under pressure

Strong organisational skills

Has a good command of the English language

Display a polite and professional attitude to internal and external guests

Available to work night shifts
