Company description:
Lluvia Developers is seeking a reliable Foreman to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in the construction industry and demonstrate excellent leadership and organizational skills.
Requirements:
*Must be between the ages of 25-40
*Minimum of 2 years’ experience in the construction industry
*Matric (Grade 12)
*A Diploma in Construction Management or a related field will be advantageous
*Must reside in Centurion
*Must be willing to travel as required
Duties include:
*Responsible for overseeing daily activities on a worksite to ensure the completion of projects in a safe and efficient manner.
*Supervision of construction workers and skilled personnel to carry out specific tasks.
*Must be willing to travel.
*Coordination of daily tasks according to priorities and plans, and making changes when necessary due to weather, inventory, delivery, and personnel.
*Delegation of individual responsibilities and projects to team members and contractors.
*Provision of sufficient resources and personnel to meet project schedules, laws, regulations, best practices, and safety requirements.
*Emphasis on the safe use of tools, machinery, and equipment while providing training. about safety equipment, helmets, and procedures are provided.
*Development and management of project budgets and quality standards for all sites.
*Resolving conflicts or miscommunication quickly and amicably.
* Regular reporting of project status to supervisor.
Remuneration:
R18,000.00 per month
