- Taking responsibility of Breeder houses.
- Managing staff, risk management and bio-security.
- Welfare of the birds.
- Clear understanding of registers, graphs, vaccinations, ventilation etc.
- A matric qualification.
- 5 Years relevant Breeder experience in supervising a large poultry production complex.
- The ability to cope under pressure.
- Clear understanding of 20 keys.
- High standard towards housekeeping and attention to detail.
- Computer knowledge will be an added advantage.
- The successful applicant must be self-motivated and have excellent people skills.
- Must be able to work overtime and weekends when required.
