Key Responsibilities Experienced in Angular 5+, Blazor, ES6 / Typescript, Object oriented basics and SASS.
Expert level knowledge of HTML / CSS.
Experienced in using Git in SDLC.
Experience of working with restful .NET API driven backends.
The successful incumbent will work closely with the other front-end developers and our .NET Core backend developers as part of an agile scrum team
- Developing high-quality software including unit testing to produce code with a low number of defects whilst still hitting our deadlines
- Working with product owners and UX designers to ensure the product we are developing is appropriate for the needs of the company, and that we develop what is agreed in the refinement sessions
Assisting in incorporating automated acceptance testing as part of the build pipeline
Ensuring new Azure features are utilized as appropriate.
Be an active member of the Scrum team, improving process and ensuring that the team delivers on their commitment.
Experience of Cloud environments in particular Azure and AWS would be a distinct advantage.
Experience with Protractor, NodeJS, and Webpack, JIRA, VSTS would be beneficial.
Self-organising problem solver with the ability to think outside the box.
Works effectively with both local and remote colleagues, collaborating, motivating, and energizing others.
Possesses the drive and enthusiasm to build and deploy high-quality, cutting-edge software.

Description The Front-End Developer is a key member of our Software Development team working on a variety of projects within a scrum environment in South Africa. The Front-End Developer will become an expert in our strategic technology platform, built in Microsoft Azure, servicing our regional client base within the Insurance industry
