Junior Restaurant Manager needed for upmarket Restaurant in Waterkloof. Applicants must have good general management skills and must have knowledge of front & back of house. Good communication skills a essential. 3+ Years restaurant management experience required. Duties will include managing staff / stock and customer relations.
