Overview
We are looking for an ambitious Front Office Administrator to join our team, if you have experience in sales and CRM systems it will be a great advantage, we are looking for someone who would like to grow within the company.
Minimum Requirements
Matric / Diploma
Minimum of 2 to 5 years experience in a similar role
Must reside in Johannesburg area
Own Transport Is Essential
May be required to work overtime when needed

Duties and Responsibilities:
Answer all incoming calls
Transfer all enquiries to the relevant department
Welcome visiting customers
Introducing new customers to Business Development team
Notify the correct team/person of the arrival of guests for meetings etc.
Administration
Process customers orders received telephonically, via email or walk in with existing customers -Accurately and timeously
Communicate with customers if there is a delay on stock or if the company is unable to fulfill orders
Filing of documentation
Assisting customers with profile registration documents for the Debtors department
Accepting payments from customers i.e EFT or Credit card machine for Debtors processing
Document credit card payments accurately and daily
Loading credit note requests on system
Communicating back orders to Procurement
Communicating important information to customers if needed
Pulling signed invoices or proof of payments for the Debtors department when requested
Answering Emails And/or WhatsApp's Timeously
Building relationships with customers
Required to get Export documents from customers that are purchasing from across borders
Liaise with the Warehouse Supervisor about deliveries that need to take place
Assistant
Covering attendance register books when needed
Tidy Showroom And Manage Media Display Units
Special occasion decorations to be put up and put away
Processing Business Development teams orders when they are on the road
Typing up any correspondence as and when required by Team Leads
