The Platform Experience teamUser experience is at the core of what we do, and our team is passionate about creating products that are simple, intuitive, and genuinely empowering. Right now, were focused on building a next-generation advertising solution that brings together vast datasets and turns them into meaningful, actionable insights for our users.
Who were hiring
Were looking for a Frontend Developer who is passionate about building elegant, performant, and accessible user interfaces.
Youll be a great fit if you:
- You will need to be able to demonstrate characteristics of an intermediate engineer (this is generally more than 3+ years experience)
- You are able to demonstrate how you add value to a team as a senior engineer, and what you expect from a high performing team
- You have transferable technical experience. We dont require deep expertise in our tech stack if you can demonstrate your ability to learn new technologies
- You have the right to work in the location advertised
First 30 days Complete engineering onboarding, meet your buddy, team, and manager, and ship your first small code change. Youll get familiar with our product domains, tech stack, and deployment process.
Next 60 days Establish a pattern of impactful contributions to the frontend codebase, collaborate on feature/system designs, and actively participate in team ceremonies (planning, retrospectives, etc.).
By 90 days Be fully embedded in the Platform Experience team, shaping technical decisions, contributing to larger system designs, and ensuring our applications are intuitive, scalable, and performant.
