The Cross Platform Front-End Engineer is responsible for designing and developing user interfaces for a variety of web and mobile applications. The engineer will collaborate with a team of developers to create a consistent user experience across multiple devices and platforms.

On a day-to-day basis, the Cross Platform Front-End Engineer will be responsible for developing user interfaces and experiences for web and mobile applications. This includes writing code, debugging and troubleshooting application code, optimizing performance, and creating reusable libraries. The engineer will collaborate with designers to ensure the user experience is consistent across multiple devices and platforms. Additionally, they will stay up to date with the latest front-end technologies and provide technical support and maintenance.

To be an intermediate to specialist in the role of a Cross Platform Front-End Engineer, an individual should have at least 3-5 years of experience in web and mobile development. Additionally, they should have a strong knowledge in HTML, CSS, JavaScript, and associated technologies.

Proficiency in creating cross-platform and cross-browser compatible user interfaces is also necessary.

Experience in frameworks and libraries such as React, Angular, and Vue is highly desirable. Familiarity with SQL and NoSQL databases, usability best practices, and excellent problem solving and troubleshooting skills are also beneficial.
