Our Outbound Telesales Sales Agents fit within the heart of our Consumer Division. The primary responsibilities of this position are Cold Calling, cultivating leads, pipeline management, Generating Sales Leads and monitoring chat platforms

.Key Objectives

• Inbound and Outbound calls to achieve monthly sales target
• s Developing creative techniques to generate sales lead
• s Contact new customers to explain how their connectivity needs could be met by specific our products and service
• s Answer customer questions about products, prices, availability, product uses, and credit term
• sEmphasise product features based on customer requirements to ensure to assist in closing the dea
• l Monitor Chat platform
• s And any other reasonable tas

kRequirement

• s Completed Grade 1
• 2 Diploma or Degree in Marketing or Business is preferre
• d 2 years' proven telesales experience (IT related environment advantageous
• ) Strong ability to identify sales opportunitie
