- General Skills:
- .Net Centric Full stack Developer who builds the clients Rapid Digitisation Platform product and supports implementation teams.
- This Platform is a platform for simplifying and accelerating the build, operation and evolution of multisided digital platforms through the application of declarative, low-code and automation technologies.
- Ability to work closely with the CTO and high-performing Platform product team to execute on the product plan.
- Passionate about adoption and new and innovative internet technologies and methodologies to build great products for technical and business users.
- Ability to follow guidance on technical specification and own the development and implementation of Platform modules

- Technical Experience:
- BS degree or higher in computer science, engineering, or equivalent
- Excellent technical and communication skills.
- Experience working within Commercial Software Product development teams.
- Capability in translating user stories and/or mock-ups into fully functional platform/product components whilst delivering the best possible performance, quality and responsiveness of applications.
- Creating, building & maintaining high quality, efficient, reusable and reliable code.
- Experience with implementing Testing in the early stages of development (Shift Left Testing)
- Proven leadership skills. Strong ability with guiding and mentoring junior developers.
- Technologies:
- Broad experience with general web development using HTML / CSS / JavaScript
- Strong proficiency in React and Redux. Experience with Microsoft Fluent UI React preferred.
- Strong proficiency in .Net Core, C#, ASP.NET MVC, Linq, Entity Framework and Web API (oData and REST)
- Must have Microsoft Azure development experience, including none-relational storage, app services, containers, Azure functions and Logic Apps.
- Good knowledge of Microsoft SQL Server including designing schemas, writing T-SQL queries and stored procedures.
- Knowledge of common software patterns and anti-patterns
- Understanding of modern cloud-native architectural patterns
