Responsibilities
- Lead and coordinate the software development team, overseeing the entire product development process from inception to delivery.
- Establish and maintain processes and procedures to meet business goals, ensuring they align with Games Global documentation standards.
- Regularly review and update processes to ensure they are effective, efficient, and fit for purpose.
- Communicate and implement processes within the team and across stakeholders effectively.
- Seamlessly integrate team and department processes with broader companywide procedures.
- Collaborate with the Product Manager to allocate the necessary resources, ensuring project deadlines and requirements are met.
- Ensure team members are equipped with the skills required for both current and future projects, driving continuous growth and development.
- Align your team with the companys strategic goals, ensuring a unified focus on delivering results.
- Formal qualification (Diploma or Degree in Software Development or a related field).
- 5-8 years of hands-on experience in software development.
- Proven leadership skills and the ability to drive a team towards achieving common goals.
- Strong communication and process management skills.
