Job Description
Roles and Responsibilities
- Perform general maintenance repairs which include but are not limited to: painting and brick work. tilling, plastering, skimming. plumbing repairs such as replacing washers, replacing cartridges, unblock drains, repairing or replacing the inner workings of the cistern. electrical repairs such as wiring a bedside lamp, wire a 15Amp plug as well as replace a wall socket/ light switch.
- Perform scheduled garden maintenance keeping the property in tip top shape.
- Taking inventory and stock of all equipment, power tools and building materials.
- Perform other duties, as and when so requested, in support of team goals.
- A Grade 12 certificate (preferred) Sound general handyman and building maintenance knowledge
- Proven passion for gardening and property upkeep
- 3 + years of Facility/Property maintenance experience, which includes sound garden maintenance experience
- A valid Code 8 Drivers license will be advantageous.
