Garsfontein, Pretoria: CONVEYANCING TYPIST (ESTATE TRANSFERS) (Junior to Medium Level)
Minimum Requirements:
-Female
-Matric / Grade 12
-Fully bilingual in Afrikaans & English
-Experience in drafting of Estate Transfers at a law firm a must
-Computer literate in E4
-Preferably residing nearby Garsfontein area (no hassles to get to work)
-Good typing skills
-Excellent spelling accuracy important
-Able to deliver thorough and neat work
-Stable employment record
-To start immediately / as soon as possible
Duties:
-Drafting of Estate Transfers documents and related functions
-Follow up
-General secretarial duties and assistance to Conveyancer
Salary: R 9 000.00 gross maximum (not negotiable)
