Digital Content Creator Location: Alexandra, Johannesburg
Hours:16 hours per week (part-time, with strong potential for full-time growth)
Compensation: R28.79 per hour + performance-based bonus (linked to KPI achievement)
Start date: Approximately 12 January

About the RoleWe are looking for a Digital Content Creator who wants to step into a startup environment and take real ownership of their work. You will work closely with Lead content creator and the rest of the team collaborating on strategy, content ideas, execution, and performance tracking.
This is not a passive role. We are looking for someone who:

- Create, edit, and publish engaging content for social media platforms (Instagram, Facebook, TikTok, etc.)
- Develop creative content ideas aligned with client goals and Geddits brand
- Work closely with Lead content creator as a team
- Assist in content planning, scheduling, and performance tracking
- Analyze engagement and performance metrics and adjust content strategy accordingly
- Contribute ideas to improve workflows, content formats, and client results
- Strong knowledge of social media and digital marketing
- Experience creating content (video, graphics, captions, storytelling)
- Comfortable using tools like Canva
- Self-driven, reliable, and willing to take initiative
- Good communication skills and ability to collaborate in a small team
- Age is not a factor skill, mindset, and motivation matter most
