We are looking for a lady with very good administrative and organisation skills with a bookkeeping background.
Job responsibilities:
- Reception & answering of office phone.
- Placing of orders for jobs from suppliers.
- Following up on orders ensuring timeously delivery to sites.
- Liaising with clients
- Quotations
- Ensuring all invoices for the branch is sent timeously for payment.
- Assisting with requesting of statements when required from Head Office.
- Prepare weekly time schedules for staff paid weekly.
- Reconciling of the branch credit card statement monthly.
- Controlling petty cash and reconciling monthly.
- Assistant to Regional Manager.
- Dispatching of Teams to site, giving instructions through to teams at the factory.
- All other admin related tasks.
