General administrator wanted

We are looking for a lady with very good administrative and organisation skills with a bookkeeping background.

Job responsibilities:

  • Reception & answering of office phone.
  • Placing of orders for jobs from suppliers.
  • Following up on orders ensuring timeously delivery to sites.
  • Liaising with clients
  • Quotations
  • Ensuring all invoices for the branch is sent timeously for payment.
  • Assisting with requesting of statements when required from Head Office.
  • Prepare weekly time schedules for staff paid weekly.
  • Reconciling of the branch credit card statement monthly.
  • Controlling petty cash and reconciling monthly.
  • Assistant to Regional Manager.
  • Dispatching of Teams to site, giving instructions through to teams at the factory.
  • All other admin related tasks.
