Reporting to the Managing Director

Purpose Of Position

Provide leadership to the company to achieve the key objectives of the company. Responsible for the overall performance of the company in terms of Operational, Sales and Financial areas of the business. Develop & execute company's business plan and ensure achievement of Key Performance Indicators relating to Suppliers, Customers, finance, internal business processes, and employees.

Responsibilities

Manage Sales i.t.o. developing key accounts to achieve set targets

Consistent new business development

Develop and implement Budgets, forecasts etc

Monthly Reports

Interact with suppliers and customers

Staff retention

Regular site visits, remain visible to clients, ensure service delivery as per SLAs/Contracts

Interact and communicate on all levels including blue collar workers

Engage the customer on a partnership basis
