What will you do?
The BI Client Services General Manager will be responsible for Responsible for managing the operations of a single call centre or business segment.
Oversees operating systems including policies, procedures, and operating structure.
Establishes and implements product/service standards.
Responsible for analysing operations and efficiency of the call centre.
May build industry relations, communicating technologies, and operational concerns through industry networking.
Also needs to obtain new campaigns from internal clients and builds the credibility of the call centre with potential clients
Minimum Qualification Required
- Minimum 5 years management experience in Insurance (Project Management/services)
- Minimum 5 years sales experience
- Minimum 3 years experience with commission payments and regulations of such
- Minimum 5 years Client Services experience with direct Short Term Insurance company
- Minimum 3 years Retention or Collections experience
- Minimum 3 years management experience
- Grade 12 / Standard 10 / Matric / NQF 4
- Applicable post-matric qualifications will be advantageous
- RE 5 (Representative)
- Solid understanding Commercial client service and support
- Strong mentoring, coaching experience to a team with diverse levels of expertise
- Team player who can multitask
- Management skills; ability to influence and engage direct and indirect reports and peers
- Self-reliant, good problem solver, results oriented
- Energetic, flexible, collaborative, and proactive; a team leader who can positively and productively impact both strategic and tactical finance and administration initiatives.
