Job vacancy for General Manager of Fruit Production to work at Oak Valley based in Elgin.
Job Requirements:
- Dynamic, intelligent, strategic and analytical;
- Minimum of 5 years' experience at upper management level;
- Be 30-50 years of age, with a tertiary qualification in horti, B.Agric or similar;
- The candidate will lead a team of 4 managers.
The candidate will be expected to multi-task across a range of essential functions, including:
- Technical apple & pear production knowledge;
- Financial acumen, budgeting, reporting;
- Strategic planning;
- Strong leadership skills;
- Strong communication skills.
